We sincerely apologize for the unexpected roof leak caused by the recent heavy rainfall, as Santa Fe is not accustomed to torrential downpours. As the issue was reported at 9:30 PM, we immediately coordinated with our warranty roofing specialists, who inspected and fully repaired the leak the following morning. We also stepped in personally to clean the room, refresh the linens, and remake the bed, and offered a partial refund for the impacted night. We strive to accurately represent our home in our photos, so we appreciate your feedback on the property's appearance. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a better experience in the future.
