Private luxury family retreat. This amazing property includes: outdoor pool and cabana and entertaining area. Multiple lounge rooms, spacious bedrooms. Boat ramp and fishing jetty 150 meters away (end of street). Great café, restaurant and boat hire 2 min stroll. Beach 7 min drive. Shopping centre 3 min drive. Ducted A/C not in bedroom 4. Pets on requests only, pre-approval required. Free WIFI, Netflix. Ample parking space. Linen provided. The ideal setting to relax, enjoy family and friends and quality time!

Two storey home on a spacious corner block in the prestige canals area of Port Macquarie.
DOWNSTAIRS
Enter the house, the spacious foyer adjoins the double garage and takes you to the left into the fully equipped kitchen, formal lounge with gas fireplace, dining, and media room with comfy lounge that can be closed off from adult lounge room that leads directly onto your alfresco entertaining area and pool. The large family kitchen area with large window overlooking the pool with bar/servery and wine fridge.
Three downstairs bedrooms and main bathroom are to the right of the hallway, laundry with washing machine and dryer at the end of the hall and toilet. Main bathroom downstairs has a corner spa bath, shower and toilet.
UPSTAIRS
Upstairs you find a parents retreat with king bed, TV, ensuite, walk-in robe and private balcony with water glimpses.

High quality linen is provided, all beds are made up for your convenience. Simply rock up and relax! Please bring your own beach towels.

The house is location is located at corner Riverpark Drive and McInherney Close on the Canals. Hastings River, Banks cafe-restaurant, sailing club and Jordans boat shed at end of the street, 2 minutes stroll. Great for fishing, paddle boarding, boating. Short drive to beaches. Walk or drive to Settlement City Shopping Centre, Panthers and West Port Bowling club.
Easy in- and out of town to M1 highway, 15 minutes from highway exit Hastings River Drive or 7min to the Airport.
