Welcome to this beautifully decorated, spacious, and conveniently located South Florida home!

You'll first be welcomed by the first common area, which features a desk, two chairs, and a blue velvet couch. From here, walk down to see the rest of the home.

The oversized kitchen is just as open and airy, making cooking dinner with family and friends easy and fun. The wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances are high-quality and luxurious, ensuring that you'll feel like a real chef in this kitchen. The kitchen features an island with six barstools.

Enjoy a quick breakfast or snack at the coffee table with royal blue seating for four. The modern chandelier adds to the luxurious and tastefully modern ambiance. As for dinner, serve the whole group at the sleek wood dining room table with seating for eight.
The kitchen is parallel to a second open-concept living room, which features a comfortable couch and four love seats. Kick your feet up on the bench and enjoy a book in this well-lit seating area that has touches of eclectic and vintage-feeling decor.
Next to the kitchen is a half-bathroom as well as a storage closet.

The first bedroom, next to the dining room, is the primary bedroom. It features a premium-quality King sized mattress dressed in soft white bedding with royal blue accents. The gold nightstand has a lamp perfect for nighttime reading, and the blue and white rug adds an extra layer of cozy to the space. On top of the armoire is a Sling T.V, which means you can stream your favorite Netflix series! This bedroom also has access to the patio area through sliding glass doors. The ensuite bathroom features a double sink vanity with a large mirror and a spacious shower.

The second bedroom also features a Queen-sized bed with white bedding. This space is filled with grey and tan tones, such as the bed frame and bohemian wall decor. This bedroom also has a T.V and two closets. Natural light pours in from the large windows that are dressed with grey curtains, making this space tranquil.

The third bedroom has a Queen-sized mattress, two large windows, a T.V, and a small walk in closet.

The fourth and final bedroom offers a modern and sleek design with black accents and a King-sized bed. It also features a dresser, T.V, and nightstand--as each bedroom does.

The hallway full-bathroom has a double sink vanity, a shower, and plenty of storage space. The door inside the bathroom leads to the pool area.

You'll find the finished garage from the convenient laundry room with a washer/dryer! This is a perfect game night spot! Enjoy a few rounds of ping pong with the family in this area.

The private patio has plenty of seating for the whole group--12 chairs! Enjoy the nice weather while avoiding a sunburn in the shade, and also avoiding the heat with the outdoor ceiling fans! Then take a dip in the gorgeous screened-in pool. Two lounge chairs rest by the pool. Just outside of the pool area is a fenced-in backyard, perfect for dogs, kids, or group sports games.

Neighborhood Overview:

Plantation, FL is a suburban area outside of Fort Lauderdale, conveniently located next to all of the Fort Lauderdale vacation essentials: airport, beach, and dining! This home is approximately 20 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale International Airport, 30 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale Beach, and 28 minutes from our favorite dining spot: Las Olas!

Las Olas Boulevard has a never-ending selection of great restaurants with eclectic menus. Louie Bossi's offers excellent Italian food and a beautiful, immersive atmosphere to enjoy with a big group or a date night! Looking for superior seafood with an upscale ambiance? Eddie V. Prime Seafood on Las Olas Blvd is the place to go. For a delicious breakfast with a Mexican twist, head over to Tinta on N. Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd.

Fort Lauderdale Beach offers the idyllic South Florida experience with world-renown beaches and bars. The warm ocean water is calling your name! If you're looking for an adventure, Fort Lauderdale beach has several spots to rent jet skis, kayaks, surfboards, paddle boards, and snorkeling equipment!

Right on the water, you'll find a sea of eclectic bars to grab a drink or a quick bite to eat. Check out Bamboo Beach Tiki Bar and Cafe for a fun drink menu and local seafood and Elbo Room for a long-running bar with live music at nighttime. For smoothies and acai bowls, we love Myapapaya Kitchen + Juicery.

Closer to home, you'll find great parks and restaurants. Only 5 minutes away is Rae Carole Armstrong Liberty Tree Park, a great spot for kids with the open play area and playground, or for adults and groups with the walking trails and pavilions!

This property is dog-friendly with an additional $385.00 fee per pet for stays of less than 30 days. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. (only dogs are permitted, sorry)

Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.

If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
