The Pink Room- Maryburn Magic

New in the heart of Twizel and only a short stroll into the town centre (1 minute walk), this is one of two conjoined (but private) one bedroom units. Offering gorgeous gable windows with a high pitched ceiling, you can relax and look out to the McKenzie areas famous night sky reserve.

Please note this house does have a fold out sofa.
If you wish to add more guests so the house sleeps 4 please enquire and we can arrange this for you.

The Pink Room is a private unit with full kitchen and washing/drying facilities, luxurious tiled bathroom and fully set up for disabled access. Wifi and heat pump for heating or cooling and a large deck to sit out and enjoy the sun.

Parking off street with a walk up the pathway to the unit situated at the rear of the section. Fenced for privacy.

Being situated within 1 minutes walk of the Twizel township you can stroll in to enjoy the local restaurants, bars/cafes and shopping centre. Only a 5 minute drive to Lake Ruataniwha, 10 minutes to the local canals for fishing or 15 minutes to Lake Benmore all your water activities are very close. Mt Cook is a short 45 minute drive away. Great hikes around and a stop on the Alps 2 Ocean cycle trail - Twizel offers a fantastic spot to enjoy many of the things on offer in the MacKenzie area.
Check out time of 10am is strict so we can ensure cleaning is completed before check in time. A late check out fee will be charged if you depart after 10am unless a late check out is arranged prior.
Checking out after 11AM means you incur a full days fee.

A fee of $100.00 will be charged to you as the guest if we are called out to the premises after business hours ( Business hours are 9am-3pm Monday- Friday) unless deemed not liable by our technician.
This will be charged and paid in full prior to your departure. As banking deposits can take up to more than 48hours to be processed.

Smoking inside is NOT ALLOWED and will result in a $200 charge for professional cleaning.
