Welcome to Merri Seaview, your ultimate beach holiday destination. Most of Warrnambool's attractions can be explored on foot from the townhouse, with the beach and CBD a short stroll away. Sleeping up to 7 guests, it's the perfect base for families, couples and groups looking for central boutique accommodation.

Set over 3 spacious levels, Merri Seaview features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Upon entering the townhouse the stairs lead up to level 2. Located on this floor is the bright and airy open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. With sweeping ocean views, it’s the perfect place to relax all year round. The fully equipped kitchen is built for entertaining and features a large island bench, integrated fridge, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The kitchen opens to a large balcony with built in BBQ.

The large timber dining table seats 8 and the lounge consists of 2 large couches - a 3-seater and a 3.5-seater with chaise. The flat screen smart TV can access the complimentary WIFI available throughout the house and the gas log fire will keep you warm during the winter months. There is also a reverse cycle air conditioner on this level.

The master suite is located on the top floor with spectacular sea views. There is a king size bed, plenty of storage and a reverse cycle air conditioner. The large ensuite has a toilet, shower, and spa bath. This level also features a designated workspace with desk and chair.

Level 1 has 2 bedrooms, a laundry and bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, cupboard space, bedside table with lamp and reverse cycle air conditioner.
Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with queen mattress down the bottom and king single up the top and plenty of cupboard space. It also has a reverse cycle air conditioner.

The large laundry is fully equipped with washing machine and dryer, along with drying rack, iron and ironing board. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

Guests will have access to the whole townhouse
