The Space:

The master bedroom boasts a mountain and oceanview, and you can take in those stunning vistas from the comfort of your own patio. Relax in our infinity pool and hot tub, or entertain in style with a movie or a music band with our 150 inch screen outdoor projector, Roku sound system, and space for 16 guests to sit, to BBQ, to eat and enjoy.



And if you need even more space, our newly renovated basement studio can be freed up from the caretakers if you want to use it or prefer total privacy. The Neighborhood:

The dead end street to access the villa is small, private and all neighbor are friendly locals. Beach is at 5 minute walking distance, downtown stores and restaurants at 3 minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.



In the basement, not connected in the Villa lives caretakers. Please note that they are quiet and only go in the upper part with permission from the guests. If you want full privacy, we can relocate them for an extra fee. Allow us about 2 week notice if you want us to relocate the caretakers.



The pool and jacuzzi maintenance is every Tuesday and Friday around noon

The garden maintenance is every Friday around 9 am

Those specialists have an access code to enter and maintain the property.



Your stay includes a virtual house guide with all the essential information about the property and the area.



This property includes an optional damage waiver, which helps cover accidental damage for your peace of mind.
