This adorable cottage was perfect for a weekend birthday getaway. It was close to Zoll Vineyards and restaurants in both Mathews and Gloucester. We enjoyed the huge screened porch for sunsets and the dock was great for fishing and for simply taking in the surrounding scenery. The Piankatank River is so special!

Perfect for 2 adults. Very clean updated property in a quiet residential neighborhood. Beautiful water views from screened porch. There are kayaks available for paddling the Piankatank River.

This place was absolutely amazing! The view is one of the best views weve had. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the river but our stay was just a short weekend . Kim is great and the house was well stocked and very clean.

Sweet cottage with great view

We came for the Urbanna oyster festival and found the cottage to be a perfect landing spot for us. Charming, clean, beautiful view, and well stocked!

Great house on the river

This quite house on the river was relaxing yet close enough to Glouster and Mathews to give tons of options for food and thing to do. Just what we were looking for.

Perfect for sunsets and birdwatching

It was the perfect location for a relaxing long weekend. The place is very nice, very clean, perfect for a couple, with a beautiful view on the river and beautiful sunsets. The screened in porch is great and we got to see bald eagles from the backyard. We will definitely come back off season for another quiet stay.
