Otama Beachfront House

The house is set on 3 levels at the eastern end of the stunning white sands that are Otama Beach. The property has direct access to the beach and features stunning Ocean and Beach views looking out towards the nearby Mercury Islands over beautiful Pohutukawa trees. A timeless classic Coromandel beach scene!

There are 3 Bedrooms with Queen beds in each room providing sleeping for a maximum of 6 guests.

The Ocean View bedroom on the top level has it`s own balcony which looks out over the beach and ocean. A comfortable Queen bed will have you drifting off to sleep with the sounds the waves in the background. In the morning pull back the curtains to reveal the stunning day that awaits you. Slide back the ranchslider and step out on to the deck to take in the fresh ocean air. Is the sea beckoning you for an early morning swim or a walk on the pristine white sands?

The Beach View bedroom is on the 2nd level of the house at the eastern end and has it`s own ranch slider and deck which is similar to the Ocean View room but from a lower perspective. The room has a comfortable Queen bed, wardrobe, side drawers, set of drawers and bookcase.

The Garden View bedroom at the western side of the house on the 2nd level contains a comfy Queen bed, wardrobe, tall boy and large book shelves with and extensive selection. There is also a ranch slider and deck out which leads down to the main deck.

The Kitchen, Dining area and Lounge are all on the lower level of the house in an open plan arrangement. The main deck is directly in front and accessible through the ranch slider providing an easy indoor outdoor flow between the beach, decks and living areas. In the evening gaze out over the beach from the large deck as you enjoy some private outdoor dinning an make use of the BBQ. The kitchen has an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a large selection of utensils, plates and bowls.

The Bathroom is on the 2nd level of the house and contains a shower and vanity. A seperate Toilet is next to the Bathroom.

The house has just been updated with brand new kitchen cabinetry, outdoor decks, roof, exterior cladding and glass balustrades. All the windows and doors are double glazed.

Full Linen Package Supplied: All bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats and tea towels are provided for every reservation. The beds will be made up for your arrival so you can start your holiday straight away and not be worrying about what sheets and sizes to bring etc.

Starlink Internet provides Wifi throughout the house to guests.

Located on a short a cul-de-sac of Otama Beach Rd, with the Beach and Pohutukawas at the front, Manuka trees to the the side and rear of the property there is a rural feel to settlement.

Important things to note:

Shampoos, Conditioners, Body Wash, Hand Soaps, Toilet Paper, Laundry detergent, Dish brush, Dish liquid, Dishwasher tabs etc are supplied for the duration of your stay. A starter amount of Cooking Oil, Tea and Coffee is on hand for when you arrive but you should bring your own if you will be staying longer or plan to do a lot of cooking.

I provide a fresh linen set every 7 nights so you won`t have to do any laundry during your holiday, though there is a front loader washing machine and outside clothesline if needed.

Pets: I`m sorry, this property can not accept Pets.

Children Under 12: This property is not suitable for children under 12 years due to stairs, large glass area and immediate unfenced proximity to the beach.

4G Only Mobile phone coverage for 2 Degrees, Spark and Vodafone.

No TV: There is a small screen with a built-in DVD player.

This property uses a Minut environment monitor which monitors temperature, humidity, smoke alarm activations and sound levels within the house.

Early Check-in and Late Check out options are offered in the Guest Pre-Arrival check-in which is sent to you after you book.

3. A NZ$500 Security Deposit by way of Credit Card is required 48 hours before Check-in time and will be released once the property has been inspected for damages, additional cleaning or excess rubbish removal.
4. The Guest who makes the booking is legally responsible for compliance of the house rules and Rental Agreement by all guests and visitors.
