Sublime Escape is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom centrally located Queenstown holiday home. This beautifully presented Southern Lakes house is perfectly positioned to capture stunning lake and mountain scenes, just a 15 minute walk into the town centre!
The Space:
ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
This 3 storey spacious home, 4-bedroom home is the ideal vacation spot for families or small groups. Spacious, super warm and well appointed, Sublime Escape inspiring and unique vibe sets up the perfect alpine experience all year around.
The ground floor provides the convenience of internal access and storage for luggage and ski gear. There is also plenty of private and off-street parking for guests to use.
KITCHEN AND LIVING:
The large open plan kitchen showcases the wooden tones creating a striking contrast against the walls maximising the light and highlights the epitome of alpine living.
Cook up a storm with your friends, gaze at the lake, socialise with a game of cards in the dining area or simply put your feet up in the lounge area with a wine and book, this super open plan space has something for everyone.
OUTDOORS:
Add your own Après ski fun through the multiple outdoor living areas whilst being surrounded by one of the most striking and dramatic landscapes in New Zealand. Breathe the clean alpine air while you sunbathe in a sunny spot over the summer BBQ months.

There are 4 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as follows:-

Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen (note that this room is adjacent to the master and does not have a door)
