Hi Linda, we’re sorry to hear that your stay didn’t fully meet your expectations. Upon inspection after your departure, we noticed that both the washing machine and dishwasher had stopped mid-cycle. If both appliances were running simultaneously while the shower was in use, it’s likely that the hot water supply was depleted, which may have contributed to the inconvenience. Additionally, we want to acknowledge that water quality on the island has been an ongoing challenge, as it has always been a concern for both guests and residents. To help improve this, we’re planning to install a larger water heater along with an inline filter. While the water will still not be suitable for drinking, the filtration may help improve the appearance and overall experience. In light of this, we provide bottled water for our guests and make it clear in our communications that additional water should be brought during your stay, ensuring a more comfortable experience.
