A lovely one bedroom apartment with full kitchen, plus washing machine and dryer. Easy walking distance to the tram/light rail provides easy access to the heart of Surfers Paradise.

This apartment is in a good location and all the necessities are in place.The tram station is just a few mins walk and it takes you to all the beaches and the Pacific Fair shopping centre where you can shop till you drop. The tram costs only 50 cents one way. Get your Go card ready to travel.Once we got in touch with Natalie (the host)she was helpful.

Great Location

Great property, neat, tidy had all the amenities needed. Beautiful complex with a great pool & spa. Great location, close to tram & not far from Broadbeach central. TV did not work & tried to contact the owner but had no response. Other then that was a great stay.

Convenient and quiet location

The host were very accommodative with our request for early check-in. The rooms were clean and organised as seen in photos. There were some non perishable groceries like oil, salt pepper, sugar, Aluminium foil, lot of cooking vessels and cutlery. Covered and secured parking . Easy to park outside for shorter time of upto 3hrs The only drawback was 1.There was no washing machine as per description and photos . Also we did not get any response from host about it 2. there is no shower screen on one side , so we need to be very careful while taking bath to ensure the water doesn't spread across. 3. A/C only in Room . Would be good to have one in living.

Great little place

The location was great and we really enjoyed the pool and spa. The place was nicely renovated and we enjoyed our stay there. Natalie went above and beyond to help us with everything. The underground secure parking was an unexpected bonus. Thanks Natalie for a lovely stay.

Central but secluded

Property was idealy located between Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise, so only 5 minutes wither way by tram. Despite all the high rise properties nearby, we enjoyed the sun on the balcony in the morning and by the pool in the afternoon. We were a little stressed by the lack of a access details with less than 24 hours before check in, but the owner got in touch to apologise for the delay, due to ill health. Thereafter, they provided lots of useful information. All things in the apartment were as described and the only very minor issue we had was trying to see the tiny numbers on the combination lock to pick up the keys after dark. Even with our phone lights and camera magnification, this took a few minutes. All in, we had a great time and will try to book this same place if we are back in the GC

We paid for our accomadation and on arriving there it wasnt available.

Nicely decorated, convenient and good value

The apartment is a good simple place to stay in a convenient spot, and is beautifully decorated. However, while we were there there was some noise from neighbours in the night. A tip to the owner - it would have been great to have a coffee plunger and an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

last minute booking

We planned an extensive trip and one time slot got cancelled so we settled for this place. Our main reason for not choosing it when we were researching was that it has no table for eating or the computer, only a kitchen counter, and is really a small space. The apartment was clean enough but the wok was left all crusty. The building is old and the stairway smelled funky and the pool was not very clean. The lock box was broken when we arrived and there was no fob to enter the building. It's near the tram but not much else.

Great central location and underground secure parking was handy. Communication was non existent until a few days before check in but good effort was made since. Older building does have a damp smell but not in the apartment itself. Disappointed that the sofa bed was covered in hair, very uninviting but it was comfortable. Hope this issue will be addressed in the future.

Trip to Gold Coast

The apartment was really good...only couples of feedback: 1.Was arrived late evening and couldn't locate the room easily and try to communicate owner by SMS and call by phone but no response. We managed to find it lastly. 2. the Bath room and kitchen hot water mixing tap is not easy to adjust to get warm water..Always very hot when tap open on the tap.For kids easily can get burn when they open the tap especially kitchen tap. It will be great if bath room have shower curtain becasue when u take shower water are always spill out to other part of the room . 3.Over all experience is good place to stay.
