Easy access to neighboring cities like Phoenix, Glendale, Tempe and Chandler.

This cozy condo is located on the ground floor and features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and sleeps 4 comfortably (with sleeper sofa). Make yourself right at home as you walk in the door and find a comfy living room with sleeper sofa, love seat and 50” smart TV with cable. You can also enjoy your mornings or evenings out on the back patio just off the living room. We know just how important it is to prepare your meals during your stay so you can enjoy the equipped kitchen that features a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils plus there are a traditional & Keurig coffee maker. There is seating for 4 at the round table just off the kitchen. The bathroom has a single sink and a walk in shower. To top it off there is a full size washer and dryer in the unit.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, 58” Smart TV with cable, large walk in closet and direct access to the back patio with outdoor seating.

The community amenities are top notch and features a heated pool & spa, BBQ grills, fitness room with ellipticals, treadmills and some weights, steam room & sauna, business center, community area living room with TV and kitchen.

Our professional cleaners use CDC-approved products to sanitize and disinfect each of our properties. We also employ each bed with triple sheeting components which are laundered after each guest visit.

We have available for an additional fee a third party executive transportation to and from the airport as well as to other parts of the valley, Sedona, Flagstaff and other tourist areas. After booking and upon request we will provide you contact information, and you will work directly with them for scheduling and payment.

Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. You may choose to go to the Phoenix Zoo in the morning then golf at lunch and then Medieval times that evening. Please note this Free Fun package is for free admissions listed above and is only available on stays beginning October 1st through April 30th. Not valid on stays 28 nights or more.
