We had a wonderful time, we were visiting a friend in Chesapeake VA, the stay was one of the highlights of our trip, the house is beautiful inside and out, the beds are comfortable and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed including some coffee and a bottle of wine 🍷 complements of the host, Yvonne and Kevin were always there to help when we needed, thank you for everything we will definitely come back and recommend this property, 😃👍

Graduation weekend

This home was just right for our family. We were able to come and go easily. Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed. Location was close to everything we needed and near major highways. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful home

The property was exactly what my family needed while we were in town for the softball world series. Clean and comfortable! My husband spoke to the owners and they were very pleasant. Will stay again should we find ourselves in the area.

Comfortable Respite!

Clean facility; quiet area; comfortable furnishings. The area has an abundance of shopping and restaurants; easy access to major highways. Beds and pillows were comfortable and I had no back or neck issues (which I usually do when I stay at a place). Whomever does the laundry --- a super kudo on the softness of the bath towels!!! I'd stay there again in a heartbeat if I had to visit the Tidewater area!!!

This is a for MIL apartment attached to the primary residence. It has a HUGE walk-in shower, which was great! Ceiling fans in both bedrooms & living room, plus W/D in house! Incredibly quiet, well established neighborhood and conveniently located to Chesapeake Square shopping and dining! We would definitely stay here again!

The VRBO was horrible. It was NOT an ENTIRE HOME nor A GUEST HOUSE with the owner on the premises. It was a BACK PART OF A HOME WITH A GLASS DOOR AND HORRIBLE BLINDS. The pictiures show a grill and fire pit you CAN NOT USE. THERE IS AN OLD ABANDONDED CAR in the driveway. Trash and decieving with the pictures and decription. NO NO NO GO!

The location is very nice and so is the developing home. From the day I arrived until my departure the owner was working on different home improvements which interfered with me allowing my grands to go out to play. I thought I would have full use of the backyard and patio area but the set up was not useful until Monday and I was already there for 4 days. I was given a game that was missing a part which prevented playing with it and I don’t think it was known it was missing. The place was clean and very nicely decorated but the garbage can top kept coming off, very annoying. The drier took forever to dry a small load and the filter kept falling out. There were two cars parked in the driveway which made it difficult coming in out of the space available to park. On this site the property is described as exceptional but it should be listed as very nice .. Good luck Mr & Mrs Johnson

While we were completing a gazebo installation in the yard during your stay, the front yard and back deck remained fully available for your family to enjoy.
