The Space:
This beautifully designed split-level home has been thoughtfully crafted to capture the beauty of winter on the bay. Clerestory windows, soaring ceilings, and a central entertainer’s kitchen add character and function, making it easy to gather, cook, and connect.

The expansive bay-facing living area features a crackling open fireplace, setting the tone for intimate evenings, and opens to a sheltered entertaining balcony where you can sip mulled wine as the sun sets over the water.

Heating/Cooling:
There are two Split System Air-Conditioning units in the unit.  
There are multiple heating options.  The split system works well and there is also a gas heater in the central living room.
Additional electric wall heaters are in each room.  These can be manually turned on and the temperature for the unit can then be set.  The unit will stay on until turned off manually.

To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:

1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Lively Properties.
2. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property strictly at any time during the day or night is 6.
3. According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. Strictly no "schoolies", hens or bucks bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
