Boutique Stay is a luxurious superbly renovated spacious apartment in Encounter Bay.
One of the best ocean front views on Franklin Parade.
Uninterrupted views from Granite Island to the Bluff with Wright Island in between.
Offering a luxurious stay in this superbly renovated spacious apartment.
With the beach directly across the road you will enjoy amazing sunrises and the relaxing view of the waves lapping the shoreline from one one of the best views in an elevated position on Franklin Parade.
There are hills views to the rear overlooking the Tennis Court area adding to the resort feel of the small well maintained group of apartments.
The accommodation provides a spacious open plan living and dining area which has r/c air conditioning.
(The slow combustion wood fire is not for guests use).
Sliding doors open to the Sea facing balcony where you can enjoy the views and the sound of the ocean.
The fully equipped kitchen with its near new quality high end fit out including Induction cooktop / oven / microwave / sinkerator and dishwasher. High end stone benchtops all add to the feel of quality in this apartment.
There is a DeLonghi coffee machine which takes Nespresso compatable capsules.
On the entry (mid level) there is the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There is a stunning bathroom next to the queen size bedroom which has superb ocean views. Lie in bed and listen to the gentle sounds of the ocean and enjoy the sunrises which can be spectacular. This bedroom has a ceiling fan.
Adjacent to this bedroom is a stunning bathroom with a large walk in shower, stone bench top to the vanity. Underfloor heating and a toilet.
The laundry is also on this level and has an elevated washing machine and a condenser dryer - no bending to load or unload. From the laundry you have access to the rear balcony with a full size clothes line.
Upstairs there is a study area with views to Granite Island.This area has a desk for a quiet workspace with a ceiling fan and offers superb views of the ocean and hills which then leads to the rear King size bedroom has a split system air conditioner and a ceiling fan.
The adjacent beautifully renovated bathroom has a shower and seperate spa bath, stone bench top and toilet. Underfloor heating and a heated towel rail plus a toilet. This bathroom has a skylight which fills the bathroom with light during the day.
Effectively two couples have the privacy of their own level with their own luxurious bathrooms.
Other things to note
There is an allocated car space adjacent to the entry to the apartment and access is via George Street at the rear of the group. Please note there are stairs from the entry door to the Living / Kitchen / Dining area. From here stairs lead up to the upper level.
Quality linen and Country Road towels are provided - no beds to make up on arrival!

The waste bins for the group are located in the area to the right of the driveway on entering the car parking area from George Street. There is a high grey metal fence. The small gate accessed from street has a push button latch. It has a key hole but is not locked.
NOTE: There is a 3 night minimum booking during peak periods.
