Sitting right above Vine street in the heart of Cincinnati's OTR district, this 4th floor walk-up studio apartment is the perfect cozy space for your stay in Cincinnati! This apartment is in an ideal location for incredibly easy access to everything Cincinnati has to offer. Bars, restaurants, and local shops are right outside the building, making it an easy walk or ride to all the entertainment and dining options you could ask for. Featuring a gorgeous, shaded back patio away from the noise!

The Space:
The apartment features a queen bedroom and a full bathroom, supplied with shampoo, soap, conditioner, and body wash. There's a full kitchen equipped with all the essentials! And a there's a washer and dryer ready for your use! Enjoy a quiet afternoon inside watching TV or sitting in the shaded courtyard in the back of the building. There's even a little balcony off the side of the apartment for access to fresh air right outside your door! The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building, and requires the use of an elevator and at least one flight of stairs. The stairs descend from the 4th floor and exit to the street, but the exit doors remain locked, so re-entry is by elevator only.

Guest Access:
Entry is by smart lock door code. Guests have access to the entire apartment. Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

The Neighborhood:
The building is located right on Vine street. There are plenty of paid street/lot/garage parking options nearby. Vine street has countless options for dining and shopping, and is very a popular destination. There are many other opportunities for leisure and entertainment nearby as well. So check out the area as much as you can!

Getting Around:
Walking/riding around town is a great option since this apartment is located so centrally in the OTR district. But guests are welcome to drive or make use of public transportation/ride-shares. There is no designated free parking, so expect to use metered or garage parking.

Other Things to Note:
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement before receiving check in instructions.
