This brand new space was just rehabbed and renovated. With just two steps to enter and two more steps in the living area, this space is perfect for families as well as those who prefer not to climb stairs. A large and open condo, with refinished original hardwood flooring, custom live-edge built ins, a dramatic kitchen peninsula and comfortable leather furniture lend to a cozy at home feel. All new stainless appliances, bedding and decor offer a clean and sophisticated experience.
Safe, temperature controlled parking garage directly across the street from the condo with free space for bike lock up as well.

Loved the OTR location. Big common room with kitchen is nice. Host was very helpful. Walking to shops and restaurants and bars within less than a mile on main street. Walk to ballpark for the Reds about two miles max. Lots to see and do.

Clean and comfy

Property was clean and looked just like pictures. Parking garage and pool are extra charges, and you need to make reservations fri-sun for pool. Overall we enjoyed the trip and stay. Owner was helpful and always quick to respond.

Tranquil stay just steps away from the action.

We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay at this charming townhouse. Even though it’s located in the city, it felt like we were miles away from the noise and crowds. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the home itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. It was the perfect balance of convenience and calm—close enough to restaurants, shops, and attractions, but tucked away enough to truly unwind. We appreciated the cozy touches and would definitely stay here again for a restful city escape.

Girl's weekend!

My best friend and I stayed for a short getaway. We came to Cincy to see Dave Matthews. We had a blast exploring OTR. There's a brand new Tiki restaurant right at Ziegler park that is amazing!! The Cigar Store was perfect! Super clean and comfortable! It's also close to all the fun in OTR. Our host Rachel was quick to respond with any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment in OTR

We really loved the apartment, super clean, very comfortable furniture and beds. We parked the car in the garage next door and walked everywhere. It's kind of on the edge of the Over the Rhine area, but was just a few blocks to the center of the action. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful trip!

Picked up a wedding gown, enjoyed Bockfest, watched FCC beat Toronto, had fabulous ice cream, walked our legs off, supported the OTR economy, & slept like babies. All in all, this was a perfect Cincinnati weekend from the perfect condo.

Perfect location for a weekend away

My husband and I are from Fort Wayne and we have been coming to Cincinatti since we met as a weekend getaway. I decided to try somewhere new to stay and it is now our favorite. It is the perfect location to walk, even in the winter and the host was very kind and responsive. We will stay here every time we come now. I even discovered an Old World European wine bar called Hart&Cru not even a block away and it made my weekend!

Amazing communication

I actually didn’t get the chance to stay because of an emergency but the whole process leading up to the stay was so seamless and easy. Rachel was super responsive and even recommended places for me to go to during my stay. Whenever I visit Ohio again. This will be my go to choice. I don’t even need to see the place. The customer service was immaculate. And that speaks for itself!
