This bungalow is the perfect base for your family while you explore what our beautiful region has to offer. Cost effective accommodation which boasts a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs while on holiday. A light and bright relaxed living space where you can relax after a days shopping and enjoy a movie on the large screen TV. Three well appointed bedrooms, the master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and the second and third bedrooms have a single bed and a king single bed in each offering plenty of sleeping options. Additional features include unlimited WIFI, Air Con/Heat Pump, Double Glazed Windows, Laundry & Bathroom with Shower. On Street Parking Only.

Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

Great spot to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house suited our group very well as was within walking distance to coast and town. It is on a busy street though and truck noise at night was a nuisance , despite the double glazed windows . Generally the house was comfortable and well laid out. There were a couple of maintenance issues which we informed the manager about.
