We rented this unit because it had a hot tub.When we arrived the hot tub wouldn't work. We called the host, Victor, and he said he would fix it the next day. We waited almost all day before someone came. The guy said he had to take it apart. We said no because the tub said air in lines. He did bleed the lines and it worked for 2 days. Then they came to clean it and when we went to use it that night it was cold. No power to the tub. I emailed Victor and he said to turn the power on,which we did but it still wouldn't work. He said he woukd fix it and never came back to do that. I continually tried to email him but it was between 14 and 21 hours before he answered back but nothing was ever done. We will not go to that property again.

Gold Coast Aruba

This is a beautiful home deserving of a 4.5 star rating. Location is the absolute best and security at the gate was top notch, house was very clean with room for myself and spouse as well as our daughter and her two children plus our adult son. The reason we can’t give it 5 stars is because the patio table and chair were not as shown in the listing and in fact the chairs were unusable due to extreme wear to the point of being of falling through. Listing also says 4 bathrooms but in fact there was only 3 which was fine for us. Listing shows a safe which there is one but we were not able to use and when we emailed asking about it we never did receive instructions to use it. Fortunately we were across the street from one of the 3 pools and we used the table and chair there to sit and chat rather than having to sit in the house. There were enough linens for our group and were some beach chairs that were mostly useable but again are showing wear and tear.

House was Good. But there were some issues which we found.

House was good , but - None of the shower heads in all bathrooms worked, was frustrating. - There was no toilet plunger, one of the days the toilet clogged and had to call for help, a maintenance guy came and was asking me if i had a plunger, i told him i am a guess and did not see any plunger, he left and brought after a while. - Was not able to lock the batroom door down stairs, so if someone had to use the bathroom , some had to watch so no one else enters. This sucked. - There was no broom or mob in the house, so cleaning the house was so hard. - All the furniture were so dusty. There were some of the issues we found. Over all its a nice house to rent. Location was safe and secure. Good neighbourhood. - Loaction was closer to all tourist spots.
