This listing provides access to two of the four bedrooms at Baan Sabai including the ensuited king size master bedroom with walk in robe and air conditioning and a second bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan.

You will enjoy exclusive access to the home and the vast, sweeping views of the Yuraygir National park and Angourie's Back Beach from the upstairs living room and both of the downstairs bedrooms.

There are sun-drenched corners to escape to for a quiet moment of reflection and a delightful loft on the third floor from which you can 'salute the sun' and glimpse out over Spookies Beach and along the coast to Yamba.

Baan Lek Sabai Two Bed is perfectly poised for a memorable couples escape with plenty of space and all the amenities you need. All linen is supplied; the kitchen and laundry are fully appointed; the Wifi is fast and unlimited, there's a smart TC and even a Nespresso machine.

The property straddles two main storeys with the kitchen, living, dining, powder room and veranda areas upstairs and the bedrooms on the ground floor. Our guests enjoy the outdoor shower and big backyard that nestles the National Park as well as the fully fenced front garden with lawn out the front.

Baan Lek Sabai is a short, 5 minute walk to Spookies Beach and the township and restaurants of Angourie and a mere 8 minute drive to nearby Yamba.

Guest Access:
There is a lock box on site which we will provide the code for the day before check in. You may park in the driveway.

The Neighborhood:
The township of Angourie was built around one of the world's greatest surf beach breaks at Angourie Point. The town is tranquil and secluded and situated right on the Yuraygir National Park. The main street in town boasts a number of restaurants, the quality of which belie the town's mere population. Angourie is far enough away from the hustle of Yamba and yet close enough to enjoy the nearby amenities and restaurants.

Getting Around:
Baan Lek Sabai is a five minute walk to Spookies Beach and the blue and green pools, the park and Angourie's restaurants. Angourie is an 8 minute drive to the larger township of Yamba.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that there is an ensuite in the master bedroom and a second toilet upstairs in the living area. Guests occupying the second bedroom will need to access the master ensuite to shower.

Please note that we have a strict policy of no pets, schoolies, parties, smoking, vaping or loud music. Please observe our local quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.
