You'll be centrally located right in the middle of Charlotte's most popular neighborhoods, including Dilworth, Myers Park, Elizabeth, and Plaza Midwood.  And best of all, the home is situated on a wonderful, quiet, tree-lined street for the perfect home-away-from-home experience.  



This home has been fully remodeled with brand new bathrooms, brand new kitchen, and brand new everything.  The huge wrap-around front porch will let you experience true southern living, complete with rocking chairs for sipping coffee, drinking cocktails, and catching up with friends and family.  The large backyard is fully fenced in for privacy and comes fully equipped with a stone firepit, lots of seating, and charcoal grill.
