The front patio with BBQ is made for al fresco dining with sweeping lake and mountain views. The back patio features a brand-new Jacuzzi hot tub nestled in forest serenity. Gather around the fire pit under open skies and watch the sunset reflect on the lake. In winter, kids love sledding down the gentle slopes on the property or exploring the surrounding woods.

An open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with large bay windows framing stunning lake and mountain views. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace and a 55" smart TV with Netflix, Prime, Disney+, Samsung TV, and YouTube.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, full cookware set, air-fryer oven, toaster, fondue and raclette sets, and both a drip coffee maker (coffee and milk powder included) and Nespresso Vertuo machine.
The master bedroom offers a king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with towel heater, and direct private access to the Jacuzzi. A second spa-like bathroom features a clawfoot tub with forest views. A daybed lounge with two twin beds provides flexible sleeping for up to two additional guests.

Three bright bedrooms, each with queen beds, scenic views, and tower fans. Two rooms include dedicated work or study spaces — ideal for remote workers or kids. A newly renovated powder room completes this level.

🐾 Pets
We welcome non-shedding breeds with current flea and tick prevention. Pets must be crated when left alone and are not permitted on furniture. A non-refundable fee of $150 per pet applies. Guests are responsible for any damage.

A car is recommended to explore the region. Ample free parking on-site including the EV charging station. Coaticook village is a short drive away for groceries, restaurants, and the famous Laiterie de Coaticook ice cream.

This is a peaceful retreat for families, friends, and professional groups — not an event venue. We ask all guests to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Full house manual with arrival details, local tips, and checkout instructions is shared after booking.
