We apologize for your challenges and thank you for sharing them as it helps us make improvements. 1) To address our guests’ needs quickly, we provide a phone number that is monitored 24/7 to address any issues which may arise during a stay. Our office sometimes gets busy and it takes time to respond to voicemails and emails. This after-hours/emergency number ensures our current guests’ needs are met as soon as possible. We did not receive a call from you on this number. 2) This is a ‘no pets’ home for rental guests. However, we cannot limit how homeowners use their own property; they stayed at the house prior to your arrival. We take cleaning very seriously and have assigned a new cleaning crew to this home. 3) We tried unsuccessfully to find the existing remote; we ordered a new one but it needed to be a special order. We suggested the app because it would solve the issue quicker than waiting for the new remote. 4) The listing has been updated to indicate the laundry area is on the ground and is accessed from the outside.
