Perfect for small family

We loved our stay here at Rye beach. Condo was clean and comfortably fit 3 adults/2kids. Communication with staff was great - any questions we had were promptly answered via email. Would absolutely return

The best part of the unit was the location, right across from the ocean and just down the street from the sand beach. The listing was accurate - we knew we would have a partially obstructed view. The downside was the unit didn't seem to be a rental "by owner". It seemed to be a (non local) rental company. A lot of small things weren't great - beds sqeeked/creaked badly, mattresses were poor, not enough towel bars and hooks for wet towels and bathing suits, thin bath towels, no laundry, etc. Also the back bedroom could have easily fit a twin bed along with the full/queen, making it more comfortable for families. The link to the website for information on the unit was hard to navigate and not particularly helpful. This all being said, the 'owners' were very responsive the couple times we needed to reach out. If it wasn't so incredibly expensive, I would rate it higher, but for the cost we wouldn't rent here again.

Snug Harbor delight

We loved this location. The views are exceptional; the short walk everywhere makes this a place I want to return to. I gave you an overall 4 stars due to the condition of the couch. It was very saggy, too low to the floor, and uncomfortable. As the only seating other than the dining chairs, it would make sense for you to have it replaced.

Much less than expected

Code did not work to get in pouring rain out there with family including child 3 and Child 1 the couch was awful my parking spot was taken told to park in another Tile in bathroom near shower broken

great location!

Great 2-bedroom unit. Very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. Loved the large yard frontage and views of the ocean. Only downside was that there is no laundry facilities on site, but we found a great place in town (Amos).

Beautiful View!

What an unbelievable view. Every morning we sat on the porch having coffee and enjoyed the view as we started our day! The hose was clean and comfortable. The process of renting was so easy and smooth. We will be back soon!!!
