The home was perfect for our needs. Our granddaughter was playing softball at the usssa sports complex and the house was better than staying in a hotel room for 6 nights. All the rooms were clean (bedrooms, bathrooms, living area and kitchen. The pool was perfect. We all enjoyed a dip in the pool after the games were played. Check-in process was slick and no issues were encountered. Cindy our point of contact was very responsive to our needs and responded in a timely manner. We'll done team evolve and Cindy - great job...

We're so glad the home was the perfect fit for your stay while cheering on your granddaughter at the softball tournament. It's wonderful to hear that every room was clean and comfortable, that the pool was a great way to unwind after games, and that check-in was smooth and easy from start to finish. Feedback like this means so much to us, and we're thrilled the whole family had a relaxing, enjoyable experience that beat staying in a hotel for those six nights.

Fantastic stay!

The best kind of vacation is when you feel like you are home, but in a beautiful and warm place. We loved the coziness, the backyard and pool and the short drive to the beaches! We can’t wait to stay again.

Fabulous area

The house was lovely by all accounts. The front and back yards need some work but all in all, was a great place to stay. Could use some TLC on curb appeal. We loved the entire area of Cocoa Beach and Cocoa. Was very convenient for everywhere we wanted to go. It was 100 degrees every day we were there and the A/C worked like a charm! Would definitely stay again.
