IMPORTANT NOTICE
Since the economic use of energy is very important to us, our rental rates include average use energy (30 kWh/day) as determined from past guest stays. This is moderate usage, such as using the AC in the bedrooms at night.

If you try to cool the entire villa (the entire day) you could use upwards of 75 kWh/day. Rather than increasing the nightly rate for everyone, we only charge for amounts used over the 30 kWh/day.

A utility deposit of $140 USD per week of stay is requested through VRBO prior to arrival. Our property manager will take a photo of the electricity meter at check-in and check-out and any additional usage will be settled from the deposit and the balance refunded to the guest (through VRBO on the day of departure).

Fortunately, there is a very pleasant breeze flowing through the villa to keep you cool and our past guests have found that their AC needs are minimal.

Cleaning: Once per week for stays 2 weeks or longer (complimentary)

The condo is non-smoking. Smoking in the condo and on the terrace is not permitted.

NEIGHBOURHOOD DESCRIPTION
Piscadera Harbour Village is a gated resort with an infinity pool where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views of Piscadera Bay and the Caribbean Ocean.

Pirate Bay Beach is located across the street where you have access to watersports and PADI diving.

There are charming restaurants just across the street where you will be served at the water edge for lunch or a romantic dinner.

Traffic to all the attractive spots of the city center is smooth and easy. Emma Queen Bridge is only 5 minutes’ drive.

For convenience, there are several supermarkets just 3 to 5 minutes away (Carrefour in Sambil mall, and Centrum Piscadera).

The Villa is in the hotel zone of Curacao, with proximity to other resorts, casinos and restaurants.

Across the street from CARMABI Marine Research Station.

Just a 5 min. drive to SAMBIL shopping mall. (cinemas, supermarket, food court, luxury stores).

GETTING AROUND
Renting a car is customary for vacationers on Curacao to allow you to discover the whole island with its many activities!

The resort is only a 10-minute drive from Hato Airport and a 20-minute drive to Willemstad.

Within 5 to 25 minutes drive are beautiful other diving locations in the direction of Westpunt or Oostpunt.
