Tucked in Florida’s breathtaking Hampton Lake, Hampton Lakes Retreat is a delightful, kid-friendly holiday home. With sparkling azure waters, peaceful fishing and world-class golfing — you are in for a treat.

The living area is bright and roomy, and welcomes you with eye-catching orange and yellow décor and new flooring throughout. Comfy pastel-colored couches, high ceiling and neatly tiled flooring boast a warm, tropical vibe. A smart TV is perfect for leisurely evenings indoors.

Make most of the sprawling gazebo that features a private pool and dubbing hot tub. Settle down on lounge chairs and enjoy al-fresco meals at the 4-seater dining table.

Back inside, the kitchen is spacious and well-stocked, with classic white countertops and modern cabinetry. Whip up meals from home, using stainless steel appliances such as coffee machine, refrigerator, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, wineware and cookware. Enjoy casual cocktails at the 5 bar stool area and dig into hearty family meals at the 8-seater indoor dining table.

The brightly-colored games room is a cozy den for kids. It is kitted with a billiards table and video games.

Set in an enviable location, Hampton Lakes Retreat is only a short drive from some of Florida’s most sought after theme parks. Spend a day at the iconic Disney World, take a tethered balloon ride at Disney Springs and enjoy dazzling roller-coasters at Universal Studios.

The home accommodates 12 guests in 5 bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 is located on the 1st floor and has a queen-size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #2 is located on the 2nd floor. It features a king-size bed, smart TV and en-suite double vanity bathroom with tub.

Bedroom #3 is the kids room. Located on the 2nd floor, it has bunk beds, a single twin bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 is a cheerful Disney Princess-themed kids room. Also on the 2nd floor, it features twin beds and a smart TV.

On the 2nd floor is bedroom #5 with a queen-size bed, smart TV and en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
-The home features a loft with additional seating area.
-There are 3 additional bathrooms with shower/tub combos.
-A washer/dryer is included.
-Parking is available onsite.
-There are three security cameras on property - two on the side of the home facing the side, and one on the front of the home facing the driveway and entrance. The front camera is recording for security purposes.
- The private pool can be heated at an additional cost of $35/day. Please contact us if you are interested in pool heat at least 48 hours in advance of your expected need.
-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

The home is less than 8 minutes away from an eclectic restaurant complex and 10 minutes away from a variety of grocery stores.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
