Welcome to this renovated home in New Sudbury that we can't wait to share with you. The location and layout make the property great for everyone, whether you are in need of a place for family or friends.

The location makes it easy to get around as amenities are within close driving distance. We have also stocked the home with essentials like kitchenware, bathroom items, coffee/tea, wifi, cable and more!

The space:
The home has been renovated from top to bottom on the inside to make guest experiences as pleasant as possible.

Kitchen:
Fully stocked with all essential cookware items, drinking glasses, utensils, appliances, kitchen table, chairs, and anything else that may be needed to prepare a home-cooked meal.

Living Room:
Comfy sofa to sit back and relax on, there are also some additional chairs if more seats are needed. Feel free to enjoy the cable tv provided or sign in to your subscription accounts via the Fire Stick TV. Jenga is also included if the group wants to have some fun. There is wifi and a smart thermostat located in this area to keep you connected and comfortable during your stay. The lamps have multiple plugs so that you can keep your devices near you while charging them.

Bedrooms:
The 3 bedrooms upstairs are queen-sized and can comfortably fit two people. The 2 bedrooms downstairs are full-sized and can comfortably fit one person. All bedrooms have pillows, sheets, comforters, and, closet/dresser space.

Bathrooms:
The main bathroom has a bath and a shower head and is equipped with all essential items including towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush holder, and more. There is another bathroom in the basement but it does not have a shower.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the whole home.

Other things to note:
The backyard is not fenced but there is a grass area to enjoy the outside. Please be aware there is a marsh and to be careful if exploring near it.
