The ad said it was new and that it was located in the Spring Creek area. It is not near new and it is in the Lodges at Canmore, on the other side of highway 1A. The unit needs a good clean. The kitchen and bathroom were particularly dirty. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned well for a long time. It is also in need of an update, new quality amenities in the kitchen are required.

We were able to check in earlier , as we had tubbing plans. So that helped a great deal! Being able to drop off all our stuff instead of doing it after 3 hours of tubbing hours. Host was great, our living space was beautiful and cozy! So homey would love to stay again ,
Kitchen was great for making meals and snack prepping for the days adventure
The view making food on the BBQ was beautiful 😍

The condo was not equip with alot of pots and pans, water kettle had calcium build up, no cleaning supplies, not very impress with it. The hours for the hot tub was 10am - 10pm, but when we wanted to use it the door was locked (a few Times before 9:00pm)

Fireplace wasn't working. The area behind the toilet wasn't clean at all. It looks like nobody cleans it for weeks. Brush for cleaning the toilet is very dusty, never cleaned. Some hair in the bathtub. Also the mat on the balcony is very dirty. The unit is very well equipped and has many positive aspects. Generally it's great except those fee small details that could be fixed with little bit more attention.

This place is clean and well kept. Very spacious one bed room apartment with a pull out sofa bed. It can totally take up 4 people and still have decent space. We are only 2 of us so we enjoy the space a lot. Loving the fire place. Kitchen comes with plates, bowls, and WINE GLASSES 😍Pictures reflect accurately of the apartment condition. The underground parking with elevator to our flour is absolutely a plus. The host is very responsive abd being paitent with us. We definitely recommend this place.

The property was precisely as described. It was clean, comfortable, and the patio and underground parking were a nice perk. The check-in process was easy, and the property's proximity to the highway made it a great spot to get to Banff for a couple of days.

The VRBO was clean, comfortable, and just as seen as the photos online. The pool area and hot tub area were wonderful. Staff are very pleasant. I would stay there again. The location is perfect as it is central to everything.

Not as presented

The apartment was tired inside, and expected amenities were absent. For example, there was no mattress pad, so the sheets were slippery on the rubber mattress protector. The towels felt like they were air dried, they were so stiff. The walls throughout the apartment had scrapes and gashes, and the furniture was very lived in. If I were staying at someone’s home for free, well okay, but this was overpriced for the place. I also don’t think I should have to empty all garbage cans and start laundry.
