The space
Generous in size and uncompromising in aesthetic, the Main House sleeps up to 14 guests across 6 luxurious bedrooms. This sophisticated home offers a relaxing respite from the day’s activities, bringing a sense of lively eclecticism to the Snowy Mountains.

Sleeping arrangements include 1 master king bedroom with ensuite with Hamilton luxury amenities and walk-in wardrobe, 3 king/twin bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, 1 extra-large bedroom with 2 king beds or 4 king singles. There is one main bathroom equipped with a bath and shower, a separate toilet and vanity area, and Hamilton luxury amenities.

The generous open plan entertaining area is comprised of an expansive fully equipped kitchen complete with a large butlers pantry, and quality appliances including gas stove, large oven, dishwasher and breakfast bar. There is also a sizeable lounge room with smart TV and soundbar, dining room, and a wood-burning fireplace with second lounge area. There is an additional media room with large smart TV and soundbar, lounge and bean bags.

The huge outdoor undercover entertaining area is complete with a built-in BBQ, sink, dining table, lounge area and gas heaters. Guests can access the stunning grounds of the 5 acre property. The Main House is a privately gated residence within the estate and cannot be accessed by other guests. Hamilton House is conveniently located just 5 minutes drive to Jindabyne and just over 30 minutes drive to Thredbo ski resort.
