We were only here for a quick weekend trip for a wedding, but would have loved to stay all week just to relax, sit in the hot tub, and cozy up on the couches with a good book! The home was vintage and charming, the decor was fun and sweet, and we loved the tea cups and tea on the beds! Everything was very clean, and the owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. A beautiful weekend away.

Beautiful house...check in was easy and we had everything we needed for our wine weekend getaway with friends...one small minor breaker issue which was resolved quickly. Everything was clean and the hot tub was a nice bonus.Wish we could have used the awnings for shade but overall great stay.

This was a girls weekend away (for ‘girls’ in their 60’s, 70’s and 90’s, lol). The home was absolutely lovely, with a lot of attention to details. We had a wonderful time! We would not hesitate to stay at this property again and highly recommended it. Please note that the beds and bedrooms are beautiful, and the beds are very high up off the ground. Step stools are provided and needed to get in and out of bed.

Down to every little detail the house was beautiful. The tea cups and magazine quotes on every bed is how we picked our rooms. The hot tub and fire pit were great. We thank you for a beautiful stay and apologize for being loud the one evening.

It’s a Wonderful House

We had an enjoyable stay. Location was convenient, walking distance to downtown and within 15 minutes of a half dozen wineries. We were surprised how much we liked Penn Yan as a community. We had five couples so the 5 bedrooms worked great and the ample parking and yard space accommodated us well. Hot tub was a nice added feature. Two bathrooms (one with only a handheld shower) was a bit challenging but we made it work. Communication with the host was clear and responsive up until getting there but we had no reason to communicate while we there. I would recommend!

Nice place!

My family stayed for the weekend for a wine tour, the place is a great location, and large enough for ten people to stay comfortably. We really enjoyed our stay! The hot tub was an added bonus!

Excellent Experience

We were very happy with the location and the house. Every convenience possible, but also a top tier hot tub in perfect condition as well as a perfect outdoor grill. Very pretty and quiet location as well. One guest was dependent on a cane for most of the time, but could manage the gentle slope of the lawn and soft turf. Just perfect.
