Shoalhaven is located on the waterfront at the Western end of Shoal Bay Beach with direct access to the water’s edge across the manicured grass reserve and only 500 metres from the family friendly Little Beach where the waters are calm for children swimming, picnics, and free BBQ facilities.
A quick 1-kilometre stroll along the white sandy beach and you will be in the heart of Shoal Bay where you will find an array of boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and Shoal Bay Country Club, Nelson Bay is only a five-minute drive away.
Unit 2 is on the first floor and only has 15 steps from the car parking to the front door. The unit has views across Shoal Bay and out the headlands from the balcony, living area and main bedroom.
The living area is open plan with a Smart TV, DVD player and DVD’s, books. There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother.
Two bedrooms with the main having floor to ceiling windows to capture the views and access to the balcony to take in the sea breezes. The bathroom has been fully renovated and has a walk-in shower with rainwater shower head, toilet, and vanity. The unit provides an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer and one narrow undercover car space for a small vehicle, there is also street parking available.
