The Space:

Soft morning light filters through the evergreens as you step outside to the crisp winter air, the quiet of the mountain settling around you. Ski-in/ski-out access makes it easy to catch the first chair, and returning home means warming up by the glow of the indoor fireplace or settling into the gentle steam of the shared hot tub. With forest views and direct access to the slopes, this Whistler retreat offers a peaceful base for winter days on the hill.



Sleeping arrangements

Set within the Woodrun Lodge, this one-bedroom plus den condo provides space for up to four guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and closet, along with an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. The den includes a double bed, and a second full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower adds convenience for your group.



Living space

Large picture windows frame the surrounding forest, creating a calming backdrop for quiet evenings after skiing, hiking, or exploring the Upper Village. The living area includes a fold-out sofa, an indoor fireplace, and access to a private balcony where you can take in the fresh mountain air. A dedicated workspace is available when you need a moment to catch up or plan the next day’s route.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, complete with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics. Gather at the dining table to enjoy breakfast before a day on the slopes or unwind with dinner after a session in the shared hot tub or gym.



Outdoor living and amenities

Guests at Woodrun Lodge enjoy ski-in/ski-out access via the ski locker room, connecting directly to Merlin’s run and the Blackcomb Gondola. The outdoor pool is heated year-round, offering a relaxing swim even in snowy weather, while the shared hot tub provides a soothing end to winter adventures. The building also features a gym, elevator access, free parking garage on premises, and free street parking. The condo offers a private entrance and a single level home layout with no stairs inside.



Conveniences

In-suite laundry, bathroom essentials, bed linens, hangers, and extra pillows and blankets are provided. High-speed wifi and a safe add comfort during longer stays, and self check-in with a keypad ensures a smooth arrival. Luggage dropoff is available for guests with early or late schedules, and long term stays are welcome.



Neighborhood

Located in the Upper Village, the lodge sits close to mountain trails, ski terrain, and the vibrant offerings of Whistler Village, just a 10-minute walk or a short free shuttle ride away. After a day in the snow, return to the calm of the forest surroundings and the convenience of ski-in/ski-out access waiting right outside.





Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.



The Neighborhood:

The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.

• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop



Other Things to Note:

• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.

• The den does not have windows.

• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.

• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
