The two-level home has a laid-back cottage vibe with its neutral walls and décor. Expect a Zen feeling upon entry that sets the tone for a relaxing stay. With several updates and hard-wood floors throughout, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped into a true oasis right in the heart of the city.

Step through the front door into the dining area, situated in the front of the house, with a mod circular dining table that seats 6. This space can be enjoyed either for casual dining or also makes a perfect conversation area or game night table. Make your way into the living room through French doors that lead to a comfortable plush sectional sofa. This room has a Smart TV (Netflix, Disney +, Hulu capable though subscriptions are not included).

The beautifully updated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and stylish deep wood cabinetry. Ample counter space makes this kitchen a chef’s paradise with plenty of room to prepare meals for family and friends. All the essentials are there at your fingertips, including a full pot and single brew coffee maker. Guests can keep the chef company in one of the two bar stools at the kitchen island.

A mud room leading to the back patio is available to keep your jackets, shoes, and handbags secure and out of sight. Step outside the backdoor to enjoy your morning coffee and bagels at the umbrella-covered table that seats 4. There are additional resin chairs outside as well in case the group decides to enjoy snacks and good conversation al fresco.

The home, which sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably, is complete with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The first floor is comprised of the front porch, entry room, living room, half bath, kitchen, and master bedroom. The office space on this level has additional sleeping accommodation with a king-sized bed. The second floor offers another 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a loft space with yet another cozy bed in the alcove. The space in the loft is expansive with a sectional sofa perfect for gathering or enjoying some alone time with a good book.

Bedroom #1: Includes a king bed, TV, and en-suite. The en-suite bath features a double vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3: offers two twin beds

Bedroom #4: has one more full bed for a good night’s rest after a full day of activity

THINGS TO NOTE:

- Parking is available on the street and off the private alley behind the house.

- A washer and dryer is available for guest use.

- NO pets; NO smoking. A $300 fine will be issued for any violation of these rules.

- Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am. Parties and loud noise are not permitted.
