Room cleanliness
Room was very dusty, top and sides of bed were thick with dust, under the bed was extremely thick with layers of dust even seen pubic hairs or very short black hairs on top head board of bed along with same hair on night stands. Bathroom shower and sink had scum all around it, shower liner was so nasty, toilet had pubic hair on it. Horrible situation. Bed linens were clean but no sleeping pillows were available, only pillow shams and 2 throw pillows that were old and stained. And a used blanket was draped over an chair. Kitchenette sink was not cleaned and dishes available had to be washed to use. Frige an freezer needed to be cleaned at least wiped out, small bugs were in freezer and ice was not usable. stove and microwave were clean. Dining table still had food on table and dirty place Mats from last quest. Floors had not been swept or mopped in a very long time. My husband went down to office to let them know we needed towels and bed pillows and he was told they would have supplies sent up in a few minutes. Well an hour went bye still no supplies, then he was told she could not leave the desk as too she was only one available, ok no problem with us understanding this, but why was he sent away with a few min promise, when he would of been happy to have been given these things when he was down there asking for them.
