we called right away when we got there. There was a hose running in the pool and the pool was down in water around 14 to 18 inches. The water ran for a hole day and there was no notes or messages about why. We called our person listed on our stuff and her voice mail was full. Every day we called about stuff. All 3 propane tanks were empty the pool and hot tub did not work. The air conditioner did not work.Shades were missing from the window like pulled right out of the wall and one shade did not work at all. We left multiple messages and nothing from our person but messages from a number that said we will contact your represented for the house and nothing. Roelens Vacation Rentals did not do you any favors. this Isabella messaged someone at her company and they relayed the message to us. She said there was a leak in a valve. I have owned a pool for 30 years and if there was a leak you don't loose that much water. I don't know when this house was last rented out but it was very disappointing that we only booked this house on the pool and hot tub and the size as we were coming from wisconsin. We were all very dissapointed in what happened. Isabella finally contacted me by phone on Friday the day before we were leaving and said she sent me something about the pool on the Saturday that we flew in. She stated there might be a leak in the pool and will keep me posted. I never received this message as we were on the plane and my phone was in air plane mode. We called everyday and he
