Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.

Very nice property

We stayed 2 weeks in sept 2023 and I can't tell you how nice and clean the place was and well appointed. The mattress was the most comfortable I've been in a long time including my own. The vrbo website picture are highly accurate and I would definitely come back again. the Trinity beach area is an excellent location to base your holiday from

Incredible stay in Trinity Beach

We had an amazing time at this accommodation. It was perfectly located, well air-conditioned, a short skip to the beach and even had a refreshing pool. The actual property had all the amenities including shampoo, conditioner, dish towels, bathroom AND beach towels and more. We did not have to worry about a thing while we were there. I cannot recommend this company/place enough.

Short walk to beach! Had a little trouble with gate but quickly fixed by team. Excellent communication! Would definitely recommend this spot!

Delightful Appartment

When we opened the door at Flirty Flamingo we felt warmed as we had just previously stayed at accommodation that was very basic. Well appointed and the design of the space was practical and had a good feel. Everything that we needed was there. The pool area wasn’t great but we didn’t need it. Instructions for entering apartment was clear and good to have a secure garage for car. All in all, we enjoyed our stay there.

Absolute Perfection

My brother Will from Sydney & Myself from Kent in England stayed at the apartment for a week visiting the sites & family in Cairns. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable - especially the beds and we found all we needed insofar as equipment & accessories needed to be completely at home. When we had a small issue with one of the toilet covers it was seen to efficiently & professionally by the management company. The decor was pleasant, modern & not overstated. Items not working won’t get addressed immediately

Overall, the home is beautiful and in a great location, and we found it decently clean and supplied. But the Wi-Fi and TV were not working properly, we were not able to access our Netflix account, and a fire alarm was low on battery and chirping. It was difficult to communicate with the property Manager because we did not have a local phone and had to do everything via the Vrbo app. Things were not addressed while we were there despite many requests and leaving the key every day that we were there in the lockbox on the door. Troubleshooting the issue ended up taking a lot of time out of our vacation
