ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, private bath, and deck. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and deck. Upstairs third bedroom has a twin bed with trundle, futon, and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, waffle maker, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 8 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
