Other Things to Note:

This home features a private heated pool available for your enjoyment at no extra cost. Heating is complimentary; however, temperatures may fluctuate during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day but may naturally cool overnight due to outdoor conditions.



All guests are required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale strictly enforces noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels at all times.



For safety and compliance, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entry, used only to verify occupancy and for emergencies. Additional exterior cameras monitor the side yard access points. No indoor cameras or other recording devices are present.



The home is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels. This device measures decibel levels only and does not record audio, conversations, or video, ensuring guest privacy.



Pets are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found without authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will be applied.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by housekeeping. Please coordinate in advance if additional time is needed.
