Located just two miles from Downtown Saugatuck, this long-established resort is adjacent to 26-acre inland Goshorn Lake, perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and water sports. The clear water and private sandy beach create a perfect spot for swimming, lounging and enjoying the picturesque setting. Volleyball court, shuffleboard and horseshoes provide opportunities for friendly competition. Kids will love the play areas, jungle gym and sandboxes. Best of all is the temperature-controlled inground ground pool centrally located and connected to a covered pavilion with picnic tables. Please note that the pool is open seasonally.

After a long day enjoying the sun and sand, gather everyone for a barbeque back at your cottage's screened porch or patio. Take advantage of the shared association fire pit located at the beach and relax while enjoying a famous Michigan sunset and easy conversation.

Cottage #9 features two bedrooms and two full baths. The main floor there is a master bedroom with a queen bed and attached bath and a second bedroom with one queen and one full bed and access to a second full bath. The living room has a tv, cozy fireplace and dining space for five. A fully equipped kitchen completes the interior and an attached screened porch provides extra space to enjoy.

This cottage rents weekly, Sunday to Sunday.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee, if you booked through VRBO) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee, if you booked through VRBO) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
