This is a chic contemporary apartment, embellished with Dubai luxuries, like its majestic Burj Khalifa views and waterfront living. The Dubai Canal turns this side of Business Bay, Dubai into a Manhattan-style island and is just moments away from cultural talking points such as The Dubai Mall and its famous dancing fountain, The Dubai Opera, Mohammed Bin Rashed Boulevard and the thoroughfare of eateries that surround it. Close to the metro links and neighbourhood water ferries, not one part of the city is off-limits when you stay in this stunning property.
The Space
A bright apartment filled with the comforts of home and luxuries of a 5* hotel, the living space is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV. Guests may access the apartment’s balcony from here for morning coffee with inspiring views of the Burj Khalifa. The open kitchen is fully fitted with all of the appliances needed for a seamless stay.
Master Bedroom
This bedroom has a stylishly designed interior and features a king-sized bed with premium bedding and bedside tables with lamp lighting, floor-to-ceiling windows fitted with black-out Roman blinds, a dressing chair and fitted wardrobes, along with access to main balcony. This room has an en suite bathroom with a fitted tub and a walk-in shower unit.

The second bedroom includes a king-size bed, dressing chair and fitted wardrobes. This room has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower unit for ease and privacy.

This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.

Business Bay can be thought of as Dubai’s very own Manhattan, built as the business centre of this burgeoning young city, it now hosts the new extension of the waterway through to the Persian Gulf, The Dubai Creek; a symbol of Dubai’s past as well as it’s future.
Neighbouring Downtown Dubai and mirroring its accolade: ’The Centre of Now’ the Business Bay development is perfectly situated just 7 minutes to DIFC, 10 minutes to Dubai Mall and 16 minutes from the beach with the Burj Khalifa watching over it all.
Take advantage of the historic Dubai Creek at your doorstep and take a water taxi from Al Wajeha Station up to the place of where it all began in Al Ghubaiba, where the Creek flows out to the Arabian Gulf. From there, you can hop on to a traditional Abra or Dhow boat and explore Dubai’s Gold Souk in tradition and style. For a more typical mode of transportation, you can take the Dubai Metro or an RTA taxi. Uber and other car services are also available widely and used throughout the Emirate.
