This property has a Swamp Cooler cooling system. This is set up and turned on every mid May. It is turned off for the winter and part of Spring of every year.

This complex features all you need for entertainment, with tennis and pickleball courts. The Pool is heated late march - Nov 1 and is open year round - The Hot Tub is heated year-round - Pool/Spa Hours: 8am-10pm, BBQ grills, and adittional seating.
