The Space:
Turn the key, enter and smile!

The bright and spacious living area will welcome you as you step in. A large and comfy grey couch will be your perfect companion after a long tiring day. Sit back and relax as you watch on the HD TV, rest your tired feet in the soft and fluffy carpet and let the arts and decorations complete this heavenly space.

The dining area comes with a rectangular solid white table and elegant dining chairs that can sit up to six persons adjacent to it is the fully-equipped open kitchen. Enough space is offered for you to show off your cooking skills and prepare tasty meals for your loved ones.

Walk your way to the bedrooms and one is equipped with king-sized bed and the other has a single bed fitted with hotel-quality mattress, pillows and linens will welcome you. The second bedroom can also be an office, it has a desk and chairs that you can use if you need to do a quick look on your work mails while you are away.

Access to the balcony is right next to the living room if you want to breathe some fresh air while having a cup of your favorite coffee. Whether be it night or day it will be a breathtaking view of the Dubai Eye.

The bathrooms have soft fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion to ensure you'll have a great stay!

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the pool, gym, and parking is on request.
The address resort's rooftop bar & infinity pool are also accessible to guests with a minimum purchase of 500 AED, please register yourself at the reception in order to access the facility.

*Please Note: Virtual access cards to access the gym & pool facilities can be collected in the reception, and you are advised to have them shown while using the facilities.

The Neighborhood:
Jumeirah Beach Residence or as commonly known with its abbreviation JBR. It is a premium area of Dubai. There are a lot of exciting go-to places in this area because The Walk, The Beach, and The Bluewaters Island are all located here together.

The Walk is a beach-side boulevard that has a line of restaurants, cafes, handicraft shops, boutiques, pop-up markets with food and jewellery stalls. There are street performances and an amazing nightlife as well.

The Beach refers to the beach resort itself complete with activities that are available to anyone from beach-side dining and shopping to wakeboarding, parasailing, banana boat rides, and camel rides. There is also a 600-m running track, an outdoor gym, and a volleyball court for those who enjoy jogging alongside the beach and those who want to keep up with their fitness. An outdoor yoga class is also offered for anyone who wants to keep their health at a great shape.

There is also a chance for residents and visitors to witness some live entertainment for a more enjoyable stay.

The Bluewaters Island is where the Dubai Eye is located - the upcoming biggest ferris wheel in the world, expected to be completed in 2019. This island is still in development, but will include entertainment, residential, and many more that will attract visitors.

If you like to shop, a quick taxi will take you to Marina Mall or Mall of the Emirates. You can simply go down to The Walk and enjoy a stroll or see a movie at Roxy Cinema.

You can also go around the JBR to explore and breathe in its uplifting mood. Cafes like Starbucks are accessible if you want to have an elegant cup of coffee, and if you want to catch up with sports, West Beach Bistro and Sports Lounge is nearby.

Aside from restaurants and cafes, there are supermarkets, even a laundry shop, and salon and spas to meet your needs.

You will find that there are a number of things that you can do around the JBR as it is one of the most visited places in Dubai.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are frequent in this place to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train and tram, the Jumeirah Beach Residence 2 tram station is only 6 minutes away. You can go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, and others. It is connected to metro station and monorail that will both take you to different parts of Dubai, like the Dubai Mall, MOE, around Palm Jumeirah, and a lot more.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person) then a taxi or bus ride at the Mall of Emirates.

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
