- This property sleeps 7 guests in 3 beds and 2 sleeper sofas, with room for 9 total by using the queen air mattress
- For your safety, children must be supervised at all times while using the hot tub. Please do not bring food or leave any trash in the hot tub area
- Due to local wildlife, food and trash should not be left outdoors
- All vehicles can access the home, but four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is required during snowy or icy conditions
- Parking includes 2 covered spaces, with vehicles parked in tandem (one behind the other) or along the side of the mountain. Please note there is no turnaround area on the property, so guests will need to reverse approximately 120 feet when exiting (on a paved road)
- The road to the home is part of a one-way loop, meaning you’ll enter and exit from different directions and cannot return the same way you came. All roads are paved. While 4-wheel drive isn’t required in normal conditions, it’s recommended during snowy or icy weather. This home is best suited for guests comfortable with mountain driving
