This beautiful retreat features custom heated pool and all the comforts of home that will leave you savoring all that Southwest Florida has to offer. This 2 bedroom – 2 bathroom villa boasts over 1,900 sq ft of tasteful furnishings with sleeping capabilities for up to 7 guests!
You and your loved ones will be immersed in paradise from the second you open the front entry. This luxury open floor plan home invites you in with open arms. In the living room there is plenty of seating for all 7 guests to sit comfortably and relax in front of the electric fireplace while watching the Smart TV.
Guests who love to cook will fall in love with this kitchen! The beautiful blue cabinets and wood countertops invites guests to prepare their favorite meals or snacks. With all the necessary kitchen utensils provided, guests can do just that!
The master bedroom is fit for a king with its gold furnishings and King size bed. This room features direct access to the lanai and an ensuite bathroom. In the guest bedroom, you and your guests will find a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds.
Once outside, guests will find the true highlight of this home! This screened in lanai features cement arches that allows guests to catch beautiful views of the canal from the custom heated pool. This pool is perfect for floating around and cooling you down from the Florida sun. Lots of outdoor furniture gives you and your guests plenty of options for where they would like to sit and relax. An outdoor kitchen down by the canal also gives you the option to grill up your dinner. Down by the canal, you will find a hammock perfect to relax in and catch beautiful sunsets over the water. For our adventurous guests, we encourage you to use the provided kayaks to explore the water and search for Southwest Florida wildlife.
Located in a prime location close to shops, grocery stores, and restaurants- Villa Royale will have you wishing you'd planned a longer vacation!
