The cottage can only be accessed by boat but is a short 5-min boat ride from the Clytie Bay Boat Launch (boat not incl. with rental). Guests will enjoy world-class fishing with copious trophy-fish only mins away. Soak up the sun on the large boathouse and dock area or cool off in the pristine water complete with a swim mat and all the water toys. Enjoy the unique Tiki Bar and firepit area, take a ride on the all-new 225 ft zipline or try out the pitch n' putt. This property delivers on all levels.

The cottage itself has over 2,200 sq. ft of open-concept living space with 14ft ceilings, large sectional facing stone fireplace, spacious kitchen with all the amenities (fridge, stove, microwave, granite island and stainless countertops). Separate beverage bar with quartz countertop (coffee maker, coffee grinder, ice maker, soda stream). Large dining table with seating for 8+. A newly installed reverse-osmosis water filtration system ensures that you need not worry about water or ice while you stay.

Separate TV room with 65" smart TV and 2nd fireplace for those cozy movie nights or to catch the big game.

The property has ultra-high-speed internet(Starlink) for all your streaming, gaming or business needs.

The outdoor kitchen includes a granite prep area, Weber BBQ and Traegar wood smoker* for all your cooking desires. *(some pellets are included but we suggest you bring some).

2 bedrooms located on the lower level:
Big Rock Island is a large master suite with private balcony, private ensuite, A/C, 50" smart TV and workspace for any business-related needs.
The White Pine Pass room has a queen bed, access to the main lower-level bathroom and a fan.
3 Upper-Level bedrooms have shared washroom with shower:
The Cliffs room includes a king bed with partial view to Bag Bay and an A/C.
The Ash Rapids room has a queen bed and ceiling fan.
The 3 Sister Islands room has 2 bunk beds perfect for 4 kids and has an A/C unit as well.

Down at the water, there are multiple areas to soak up the sun, enjoy the many water activities, or have a lunch on the dock. Kid-sized life-jackets and access to the kid-approved swim mat are included in your stay. Guests also have access to the fully-enclosed 12' x 12' Gazebo located right on the water. This room is perfect for kid-naps, watching the big game, enjoying a meal free of the elements or just playing games or cards.

Some restrictions to consider:
- No music played outside after 11 pm to respect neighbours
- Any fires in the fire-pit cannot be left unattended; must be extinguished prior to retiring for the evening and cannot be lit during any fire-ban periods or extremely windy days (over 25 km winds)
- some wood for fires is supplied, additional wood may be purchased
- All garbage and recycling must be taken with guests when they leave
- At check-out, dishes must be cleaned and put away, bedding stripped and put in laundry room and furniture returned to original location
- If you do not have access to a boat, we can provide a shuttle from the landing to the property at arrival and departure for all guest for a fee.
