During this time, guests may experience limited-view obstructions if located in this building. Some parking areas may be fenced off for staging. Additionally, anticipate minor construction noise between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The St. Augustine buildings 23, 24, 25, and 26 will be undergoing an exterior painting project from July 13, 2026, through Dec. 21, 2026. During this time, guests may experience limited-view obstructions and temporary walkway closures if located in this building. Additionally, anticipate minor construction noise between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Bella buildings 1 through 6 will be undergoing an enhancement project from Aug. 31, 2026 through Dec. 28, 2026. A splash back to Florida’s days of pirates and sunken treasures, this playful pool area includes a shore-like zero-entry side and an irresistible interactive pirate ship with slides, water shoots and a water cannon. The Pirate’s Cove Pool Bar is located poolside to recharge the whole crew after a friendly attack.
