Embraced by lofty hardwoods with a glorious crown of foliage, the lush woods create a cozy and ultra private setting away from the world as you approach this premier destination property. The full breadth of the cabin emanates a cultured and rustic charm, including gorgeous vernacular architectural details, all blended oh-so-perfectly with a contemporary palatial aesthetic. The entry reveals an exquisite open concept floor plan that merges main living areas, while maintaining the integrity of each individual space. Your arrival into the cabin is backed by a full wall of windows that frame out the majesty of nature like living artwork. Soaring 2-story vaulted ceilings with seemingly endless windows will illuminate and evoke your circadian rhythm. Each living space here is delightful and will allow your group to spread out as needed. The great room steals the show, revealing a double staircase that flanks the entry before merging into an open landing on the upper level that overlooks the goings on below. Step further inside the main level and be captivated by the dramatic floor-to-ceiling fire pit fireplace that is shared between the living, dining and kitchen. This glorious focal point features built-in seating and has a large flat screen TV over the mantle to enjoy your favorite shows and movies from the comfort of the living room furniture. 3+ Bedroom cabins will be supplied with: 4 Laundry pods, 4 Dishwasher pods, 1 Hand Soap, 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom (1 on holder and 1 under sink/drawer) , 1 Paper Towel (under kitchen sink), 6 Trash bags (under kitchen sink), 1 Travel Sized Shampoo per bathroom, 1 Bar Soap per bathroom. . Additional supplies can be purchased at local supermarkets.
**A limited supply of bath towels/beach towels/wash clothes/hand towels are provided so laundering may be necessary during your stay

Cancellations/Reschedules:
• 50% refund up to 30 days prior to your arrival (except Airbnb fees)
• There are no dates changes or refunds made inside 14 days. Due to the nature of our business and commitment to individual cabin owners there are no exceptions to this rule.
• We do not refund payments or adjust your reserved dates for weather-related events or other acts of God beyond our control.
• If you purchased trip cancellation insurance, please review your policy, or contact the 800-number provided on your insurance confirmation.

Check out: 11 am

The local housekeeping companies must clean multiple cabins within a set time frame. Please respect their schedule and depart by your designated check-out time.
Prohibitions: The following are not allowed on our properties:
• Smoking inside any cabin. Any smoke-related abatement efforts or clean-up of cigarette butts in the yard will result in an additional cleaning charge of $50.
• Additional guests beyond the number listed on your confirmation, without prior written consent.
• Vacationing students or individuals under 21 years of age, unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent or with prior written consent.
• Burning candles.
• Hazardous materials (except customary cleaning and fertilizing substances), explosives, or illegal drugs.
• Parties, events, and gatherings of any kind without prior written consent.
• GUNS: Guns must always be unloaded and in a locked box while in the cabin. Guns left on the premises will be forfeited to the police and guest must arrange pick up with the department.

MAX Occupancy: Each cabin has a maximum guest number allowed. Your reservation must reflect accurately the number of guests in your party.

Minimum Stay: Our cabins may require a minimum stay of two or three nights, depending on the time of year. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods or high season.

NO Daily Maid Service: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.

Check OUT Policy: Before your departure we kindly ask that you clean up after yourself and leave the cabin tidy.
• Please dispose of all indoor trash into outdoor bins.
• Wash all used dishes. Dishes may be left in dishwasher if they are clean or left running.
• Do not strip sheets off beds. Simply leave beds
