Newly built in 2020 this modern and inviting self-contained holiday home can accommodate up to 6 guests providing a comfortable Home away from Home for couples or Families in the comfort of their own private residence for the duration of your stay.

This home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 Living areas,, kitchen/dining area, laundry room.
The rear alfresco area has a heated door heated swim spa and a gas bbq for your use

To add to your comfort the home benefits from ducted air-conditioning throughout (heating/cooling). Complimentary Wi-Fi, free to air TV reception.

Ground floor - open plan living, kitchen, dining and Alfresco.
Living area with 65in wall mounted smart TV with sound bar. Powered Recliner Sofa and armchairs featuring powered headrests, lumber and reclining mechanism, USB charging ports, foldout compartment with overhead reading lights and electrical power bank for all your tech accessories. LED strip lighting and cup holders, for that cinematic experience.

The kitchen is fully fitted with American fridge/freezer, large oven, electric 5-burner ceramic glass induction hob, flatbed microwave, dishwasher, ect. Plenty of pots and pans, cutlery and crockery ect. Plenty of bench space, Breakfast Island with three stools.
Dining area includes table with six chairs. Laundry room includes washing machine, tumble dryer & sink.
Outdoor covered alfresco area with breakfast table setting, comfy 5 seat lounge setting, 2 reclining sun lounges, BBQ facilities, ideal for you to enjoy your coffee out on the alfresco.

Master bedroom upstairs with balcony and King size double bed with individual electric reclining functions, bedside tables and reading lights, reading chair, En suite with large freestanding bath, double shower with seat, his and hers double vanity. Hairdryer, iron & ironing board included. All bed & bath linen, plus beach towels supplied. We can also supply a porta cot and high chair if required.
Everything you need for a short break or long holiday is provided. Just bring your suitcase.
