Situated in picturesque Carrickalinga Rise, just a short walk from the beach this beautifully designed house will satisfy the most fastidious guests and will have you coming back time and time again!
This home is located on the high side of Carrickalinga, a short walk from the beach and only a couple of minutes’ drive from the townships of Normanville and Yankalilla, set in a private enclave of prized holiday homes, being only an hour’s comfortable drive from the capital city of Adelaide.
Picturesque windows on the ocean side, making for beautiful views and amazing sunsets, also allowing an abundance of light to flood the home. Sliding doors open out to the balcony.
Tastefully decorated with quality finishing touches, Featuring four bedrooms to accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. Full bathroom with bath downstairs with a powder room and ensuite to Main Bedroom upstairs.

Carrickalinga has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea, ever-changing surf and a township squeezed between the hillside and the pristine dunes.
The beach is strikingly clean with clear water and fine white sand. It is a very popular beach for families, especially loved by children who explore the ever-changing rock pool formations and watch keenly for a passing pod of dolphins.
There is no shortage of local activities.
It is only a 5 minute drive to Normanville and to the very popular Links Lady Bay Golf Course with its own Hotel / Restaurant / and a great Sports Bar where you will likely share the course with kangaroos!. Another 10 minutes further south you will reach Wirrina Hotel and Golf Course. There are also several local wineries boasting a broad selection of wines to taste, plus the popular Smiling Samoyed boutique brewery at nearby Myponga. Fishing and diving are also very popular in this area or you can enjoy horse riding along the beautiful Normanville Beach.

3 bedrooms located downstairs – 2 X queen / 2 sets of Bunks.

FACILITIES: Upstairs open plan kitchen with electric cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, dining/living area, 1 1/2 bathrooms. Upstairs dining table is extendable. Downstairs has a full sized laundry, bar fridge, microwave and access to BBQ.

HEATING/COOLING: Split system reverse cycle air conditioning to both upstairs and downstairs.
PETS: No pets permitted.

BEDDING: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, tea towels and hand towels are provided..
